Formed in 2007, IndyCellular4less started when our Founder broke his cell, and was not due for an upgrade.

Spending seven years in the wireless industry, Brian knew exactly what to do rather than pay retail when he needed a new phone, and wondered about those who were stuck paying full price, not realizing that there were other avenues available. The concept quickly came to light, but only part-time until 2009 when he hired 3 employees, and started a website, and a small e-commerce business. Due to the overwhelming requests from our customers, our retail store opened in 2010. After our store opened we became authorized dealers for Verizon, AT&T, Metro By T-Mobile, and other no-contract cell phone service providers. We began repairing cell phones in 2013 and also added unlocking and accessories the same year. Our goal is to help anyone who has a cell phone save money. We are a green-friendly business and were mentioned in Nuvo, an Indianapolis weekly publication, for our efforts in phone recycling. A portion of our recycling goes to breast cancer awareness, one of the many causes we support. Some of our accolades include being named “Best Of Indy” in 2013 and 2019, being named an eBay top-rated seller since 2012, A+ Rated on Angies List as well as an A+ With The Better Business Bureau. Indycellular4less is family owned and operated, creating a personal touch when it comes to the customer experience. We love speaking with customers and encourage them to call, not email with questions. We strive for 110% customer satisfaction, as without you the customer we would not be in business.
I experienced Five Star Plus customer service yesterday at Indy Cellular 4Less. With obvious expertise and a lot of patience, both gentlemen, Allen and Demitru, helped me to pick out an emergency replacement phone during their last hour before closing. They are both friendly, knowledgeable, and set on helping you even when pushed for time. I'm very happy with both the customer service and my purchase!
Went in to trade my S24 Ultra for a Pixel 9 in an even trade. I called ahead of time and let them know I would get there 10 minutes before they closed due to construction on the south side of the circle, along with an accident that backed up traffic on the east side. The person who picked up said that would be fine. Regardless, I apologized for getting there so late because I didn't want to be the guy who tied them up right before they closed.I got there and there were already 3 people ahead of me, and when they did get to me, there was a problem verifying that my phone was unlocked, so they asked me to call my provider and get an email to verify it. Unfortunately due to some communication errors, they weren't able to get me the information they needed, to which the employee at Indy Cellular 4Less said he could just verify it on his end.After inspecting my phone, I got the Pixel 9 along with a receipt, well after they closed. I apologized again for having taken up so much of their time after hours, to which he said that was fine because they were waiting on a guy with an iPad anyway. Right before I left, they asked me to hang on because they had to do further inspection...this was very odd, considering I already had the Pixel 9 in hand with receipt. After a few more moments, they noticed a tiny knick on the top part of the screen above the viewport. I had a screen protector on since Day 1 of owning this phone, and that knick was just above where the screen protector stopped so the rest of the screen was flawless, and the knick was not on the viewable part of the screen (I attached a picture for reference). Regardless, they asked for an additional $75 so that they could fix it before reselling it.Keep in mind, this was AFTER I was handed the phone AND the receipt. It was my property at that point, but because I didn't want to make a scene and the employee was very polite, I decided I would just take back my S24 Ultra. It was a very uncomfortable situation to be in since I was well within my legal right to just leave with the Pixel 9, but both of the employees were very polite and it dissuaded me from just walking out. Indeed, they failed to do a proper inspection of the phone which is not my fault, and gave me the Pixel 9 and receipt, but then pulled the rug out from underneath me. That's not right, I've been talking about my experience with friends, and I'll never do business here again.
That's a lie, the seller said it was a new phone, just without a box, but I trusted you. It's not the first time I've bought something, but if you have audio, as you say, you'll be able to hear your seller say it's a new phone and not used. But anyway, that's how people are when they just want to sell something dishonest. I didn't damage my phone because I didn't pay 200 dollars for it. They're liars, because the seller didn't even show his face, he hid.

The owner helped me and cleared the problem within 10 minutes and most definitely brightened my day and saved me hundreds of dollars and didn’t charge me for the amazing life saving service. you have a iphone 12 mini on your website but the logo shows as the 13 not sure if there was a mistake there, it is the 12 or 13 mini because im looking to buy a 13 mini.

Had a miscommunication between me and the sales representative when going in to fix my screen. After speaking with the manager, who is very responsive about his business, he sorted everything out and made sure I left satisfied. I was definitely satisfied, and they did a wonderful job fixing my screen and took less time than was told.
Traded my phone in and got a hook up on a 14 Pro, Max and Apple Watch, I can’t remember the name of who it was that helped me, but he was very patient and helpful. Will definitely come back next time I upgrade as well

My charging port was loose, and they fixed that, but now my phone will not stay connected to my T Mobile network. I never had this problem until I had my phone repaired there.

They are thieves and scammers. Don't send money, they sell stolen and blocked products. They steal money They are beggars and thieves.
Took my cell phone in for repair and found the staff to be very friendly and very helpful.Even though they could not repair my phone, they offered me alternatives to get it repaired.They only charge me a bench fee of $25 even though they couldn't fix my phone.I would recommend them to anyone needing a phone repair.
I have been coming to them for everything cell phone related for several years. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are the best. I have bought phones, had them repaired, shopped different plans/ carriers through them. I like that they don't upsell, or make you feel dumb. And I have anyways had a good experience.
RUDE!!! OVERPRICED!!!I have given this review as much time and more effort than I received as a customer.UpdateI would have been a new customer (6 lines and tablets) however the attitude and RUDENESS made me decide to take my business elsewhere. Whether, I was a Current or New customer the treatment should have been PROFESSIONAL. Your response does NOT take responsibility nor attempts to salvage. Bad experiences will happen but it is how you handle them.I also drove to a competitor and purchased 6 phones and tablets from them, they said they were familiar and that they received a lot of business from your FORMER customers

Tmobile sent me to this wrong address to have my sons phone repaired of course, but the young woman was kind enough to look up where we were supposed to be and she didn't have to. I thought that was so kind of her, she was very sweet and helpful. If I ever need phone repair that I have to pay out of pocket for, I'm going back there
Needed an extra device for my music collection. Got a year and a half old Moro, $125🎵, and a Glad for 225. They carry T-Mobile, at&t, Verizon, MetroPCS.Great selection of Samsung to Apple devices and the rest of the field. Highly recommend particularly for damaged phones and their replacement at a reasonable cost. If you supply your kids with phones even after they break them you should become very familiar with this place. Gr8 place to get a deal, and info...

I’ve used this place for a couple years and I’ve always been pleased with their service! I’ve bought phones, had an iPad screen replaced and had quick service fixes to a couple issues. They are honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend!

They will help you put. They will also give you good money for your used phones and they have really good technicians who can repair most problems with your phones for a fair price.
